Liverpool striker Luis Suarez offered £1,200 per week to play for Kosovan side while he completes his four-month Fifa ban for biting Giorgio Chiellini
Luis Suarez has been offered a shock escape from his four-month worldwide Fifa ban – by Kosovo Superleague outfit Hajvalia.
The Uruguayan forward will be sidelined until November from all football after being banned for biting Italy’s Giorgio Chiellini during lasts week’s World Cup victory in Natal.
Barcelona are expected to pursue a move for the 27-year-old, despite his stringent suspension. But the Catalan giants now face a rival for Suarez’s signature with Hajvalia prepared to hand the player a chance to play during his ban as a result of Kosovo yet to become full members of Fifa and therefore unaffected by the governing body’s regulations.
